Excellent service. Paul kept me fully informed pre and post installation. Very happy with the resulting battery storage system. Paul took time to explain how to make best use of system and carefully monitored it's performance.

I found Paul at Glide Energy using an internet search for local installers as I had a good idea of what I wanted and recognised there were a lot of National installers that looked very competitive but were giving online quotes without even looking. Paul came round and gave me a quote almost matching my cheapest online quote (within a few quid), however he discussed additional work and components I would need to tidy up my current electric supply and that this was included in the quote. I asked for revisions to the system he had quoted at least twice and he requoted after discussing them with me. The install was done as soon as the paperwork was cleared (there is a bit of work to do getting the correct approvals from the power supplier) he didn't want a deposit, carried out the install and commissioning and made sure the system was working for 3 weeks and I was comfortable making any adjustments I needed to before he sent the final bill requesting payment a month later. I have been really impressed with everything that has been done and really wanted to leave a good review so other people could be confident too. I told Paul I would be more than happy to discus the install with anyone that asked him for a quote because I couldn't fault the service or the price. Definitely a 5 star service at a really competitive price.

He was reliable and always on time too, which was much appreciated.
