This New Build Police Station in Wilmslow required a detailed design with our Partner Sunfixings to specify the correct fixings for the metal standing seam roof.
This ensured that the rails holding the panels had the correct uplift wind loadings to ensure a safe installation guaranteeing longevity.
Working safely in conjuction with the main contractor on site, producing our own Risk Assesments and method statements complying with site health & safety rules completing the installation using safe working practices at height.
Glide Energy Ltd carried out the DNO application on behalf of the client guiding them through the whole process from inception to completion

System Details

3 Phase Commercial Solar

38 x Risen 430 watt Panels with a 25 year linear performance warranty, guaranteeing the future output of the system
1 Solax 15kw Inverter complete with Hard wired data connection to ensure consistent software monitoring utilising the Solax cloud software
Sunfixings metal standing seam clamp & rail system to ensure a safe and reliable fixing of the solar panels
New 3 phase Section Board installed with sub-mains linked into existing main section board including 3 phase metering for Inverters

Commercial Software to Monitor the System

What does this involve?

We set up the client up with multiple a log ins to the monitoring software so that they view their solar production in real time:

They can produce monthly/annual reports to see exactly what savings they are making
They can produce reports to show the C02 savings made by generating free green electricity.
The system will even notify them if there are any faults with the electricty supply from the Grid.
